WENDY L.C. FOUNTAIN: I practice exclusively family law. I limit my practice to the Orange County area. That way I have an opportunity to know my judicial officers well. And I also have an opportunity to work frequently with most of the Orange County Bar in the family law area.

WENDY L.C. FOUNTAIN: My clients' biggest fears are the unknown. You have first the unknown of the actual process itself. Then you have the unknown of the laws involved in determining how to deal with the case and the unknown of what the outcome will be once you know those factors.
I believe informed guidance is a critical component in the dissolution process. Informed guidance is where I provide my client with information regarding the facts of their case and how the law interplays with those facts. Without the ability of my clients to make informed decisions, they won't be able to receive the results that they're looking for.
It's my objective to provide a compassionate and caring hand in dealing with my clients. They need to be able to be informed and insightful so they can make the right decisions, which will impact the rest of their lives.
