Having practice in this sensitive area of the law since being admitted to the California Bar, our principal attorney Wendy Fountain understands the unique needs and circumstances of anyone undergoing a difficult divorce settlement, division of property, or child custody dispute. She is currently a member of the Family Law Section of the Orange County Bar Association and the Robert A. Banyard Inns of Court. Prior to beginning a solo practice, Ms. Fountain had an accomplished career in a reputable Orange County family law firm. Desiring the freedom to focus more on serving her clients comprehensive needs, she opened a solo practice in 2003 and has since flourished with the help and loyalty of a knowledgeable support staff assisting her.

As a continuing part of her services to individuals and families, Ms. Fountain is a regular lecturer at the Orange County Paralegals Association. She also remains professionally and personally committed to Women In Need, a local domestic violence and recovery program.
